Thank you for joining me in my weight loss journey. 
          This last November, 2005, I took a big step in my journey to a "New Me".  I joined 24-Hour Fitness, it is a local (maybe national) chain of gyms.  When I joined, I opted to hire a personal trainer.  She is absolutely awesome!  She is very good at keeping me motivated and encourages to me keep fighting!  When I began at the gym I was only going twice a week, but now I am up to three times a week.  Twice a week I work out with Cori, my trainer, and once a week I go in on my own.
          Below you will find all of the information regarding my weight loss!  At first I was embarrassed to post this information, but it is something I am proud of, so I decided to share it with you!  Thanks, Duggan
